Login to admin panel.
Go to Appearance → Themes and click on the tab Install Themes. Choose upload.
Click on Browse..., select the downloaded theme file wp-newstrick.zip and click in Install Now
After successfull installation click on Activate or go to Appearance → Themes and click on Activate to activate the newly installed theme.
Next you will see a new submenu item Appearance → Theme Options.
Use the submenu items Theme Options to manage the theme settings.
The general section allows you to edit the "global" settings of your website: set the logo image, favicon, compapny slogan, code for Google Analytics, Google fonts, etc.
Under the Styling tab, you can customize the appearance of the theme elements such as: pick a color for the theme ( links and other elements), upload Default Background Image, specify Body Background Color
Under the Blog Settings tab, you can specify Blog Post comments type, Code for bookmarking and sharing services, etc.
Under the Ads Banner Settings tab, you can specify image for banner or code for Google Adsense .
Go to http://instagram.com/developer/authentication/ and register your application. Once you register, you will get a client ID to use.

“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”
You don’t need to install the package zip, only the theme zip contained within (wp-newstrick.zip).
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() ...
Solution: Update your WordPress installation to the latest version.
Be sure your theme files are writable (especially \css\options.css)
To update the Theme just replace changed files listed in the file Changelog.txt
Recommend make a backup of the Theme files before you overwrite them with the new ones.
If you’re using theme that requires your API key, you can find it by visiting your Account page then clicking the My Settings tab. At the bottom of the page you’ll find your account’s API key and a button to regenerate it as needed.
